We are the first free and collective eNPS benchmark that summarizes the main global question for employee satisfaction (Employee Net Promoters Score) and offers a fair certificate. The benchmark will finally set an eNPS standard and with that, an expectation on what should be acceptable and not, whilst also creating a race for the best position – because nobody wants to be at the bottom in comparison to their competitors. The movement is about challenging more companies to prioritize this question and invest in HR tech and positive leadership. In conclusion, this Initiative will create more company leaders, and increase engaged and active employees and thus world citizens to contribute to the 17 Global Goals.
We know today that 84% of all workers are disengaged and dissatisfied at work and this is the main cause why 7 out of 10 strategic goals are never accomplished (incl. company goals made for the Global Goals) yet less than 2,5%-5% of companies and organizations (in for example Sweden) are willing to properly invest in effective solutions to increase their staff satisfaction and engagement (such as proper HR tech).
The following mindset is very common: “If my manager doesn’t care about me, why should I care about the company goals?”
When companies ask, “Is my eNPS good or not?” It’s almost impossible for you to answer that because the eNPS is influenced by: the industry, the size of the company, the location, and world trends.
This is a shame because a company’s NPS (“Net Promoter Score”) is today being measured and compared worldwide but we lack insight into our eNPS which influences growth (up to 20%), employer branding, brand popularity, and employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing. In other words, a game-changer.
It is not a coincidence that the companies that still managed to be profitable during the pandemic were the ones with the highest eNPS in their own industry. This is the reason why millions of organizations today measure their eNPS consistently.
The few suppliers that offer employee satisfaction benchmarks only do it for their own clients for a high cost based on their surveys (often including leading questions) and ignoring important factors (such as response frequency). With EQ Insigt you can compare their eNPS with their direct competitors and get more insight into where you specifically stand in your industry, companies of the same size as you, and your locations. You can save your past benchmark positions (so you can follow up on your development) and you can also compare your answer frequency to others.
The companies with the highest eNPS positions in the EQ Index benchmark are given the opportunity to receive a certificate. A special certificate is also offered to organizations that have an eNPS above +50 with an answer frequency of 75% or higher. We aim to contribute to the Global Goals
With our mission, we aim to contribute to Global Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). This makes sense as our efforts will result in work providers receiving more insights into their eNPS thus becoming more aware, active in positive leadership, and productive (a minimum of 20% to be exact). Our mission will also influence other goals such as wellness, gender equality, and many more.
