By joining this initiative, we actively work to improve these metrics, leveraging anonymous comparisons within the EQi benchmark to gain insights, practical tips, and inspiration for continuous growth.

HOW IT WORKS
We don’t ask the eNPS or NPS question. This is because our position needs to be a hundred percent unbiased, transparent, truthful and without a hidden agenda. This is what makes our benchmark unique.
Accumulation
You enter your eNPS and/or NPS score either manually in our monthly newsletter or through an integration with your current Puls, HR or survey system.
Up to date
You will receive a monthly reminder to update your score, but enter your eNPS and/or NPS only when it's updated (monthly or quarterly).
Security
Your data is always secure, fully anonymous, updated every month and handled with GDPR compliant measures within our platform.
